sizes, without the runaround.
Collecting employee sizes can sometimes take longer than making the shirts. Use a Google Sheet or Excel so you can share and update. Include:
- each person’s name
- the garment they’re getting
- their size
- the color, if there’s a choice
Give your team a deadline, then send us the finished list. Once sizes and colors are in, an order can come together in about 48 hours depending on quantity and availability.
Need last minute extras? Embroidery and DTF printing have no minimum, so one shirt for a new hire later is no problem.
what work shirts cost.
Our workwear tee starts at $17 a shirt with one print location, before quantity breaks. Embroidered polos and jackets are priced as the garment plus the embroidery: $7 a piece for up to 7,000 stitches, then $1 per 1,000 after that. New logos have a one-time digitizing fee, and we keep the file so reorders are easy.
Volume breaks start at 12 pieces (5% off) and reach 17% off at 101 or more.
honest timelines.
Most orders take 10–14 days. Screen printing takes 15–20 business days.
When the City of Ashland switched to us, its apparel turnaround went from 30 days to 7–10. A clear date and a finished size list are what help an order move that fast.
sorted and ready to hand out.
For larger orders, we can organize, bag and tag apparel by employee for a small extra charge. Each person’s order comes back in its own labeled bag, ready to hand out. It’s a simple way to save your staff time.
new hires and reorders.
Once your logo is on file, reorders are easy. Just tell us the garment, the size and how many. Hiring often? We can set up an online store where employees order their own apparel. Everything is made to order, so there’s no inventory to buy or store. See how our employee apparel programs work.
frequently asked questions.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Most of the companies we outfit have between 6 and 100 employees. We also work with churches, non-profits and schools.
Can you put our logo on Carhartt or workwear we already own?
Yes. We embroider Carhartt, Dickies and the other workwear brands crews already wear. Order through us or bring in what you have.
Do we see the uniform before it’s made?
Yes. You’ll get a mockup showing your logo on the actual garment, at its real size and placement. Production starts once you approve it.
